  • Recording Case Notes
  • Recording Incidents
  • Update/Annual Assessments
    • When are they required?
  • Project Exit
  • Re-Entering an Enrollment

Prerequisites: Before attending this HMIS training, case managers should be trained on-site by their program’s “Master Assessor” on the policies and soft skills surrounding the housing assessment.
