Philadelphia Intergovernmental Council on Homelessness Releases Strategic Plan to Prevent and Permanently End Experiences of Homelessness

Registration is closed for this event

Join the Office of Homeless Services and the members of the newly-created Philadelphia Intergovernmental Council on Homelessness for their inaugural act: the release of the community's five year plan to prevent and permanently end experiences of homelessness in our city. Hear about our community’s commitment to a set of priorities that will guide our actions and transform our efforts:

  1. Expand Homeless Housing Resources
  2. Improve Coordination Across and Integration of Systems
  3. Implement a transparent and inclusive Quality Improvement Process
  4. Communicate More Effectively
  5. Connect people to Employment and Workforce Development

We could not have reached this point without the 400 stakeholders who generously shared from their collective wisdom, energy, and experience. We hope you will join the launch to help us maintain momentum as we move into implementation.
