HMIS Training for After Hours Overflow

This training is ONLY for providers who are After Hour Providers at the Salvation Army or Philadelphia Intake.

This training is designed for both new and current Night by Night Providers. This provider group includes After-Hours, Overflow & Winter Initiative projects. The training covers the following subject matter, including the newly adopted CEA-BHRS processes: 

  • Introduction to ClientTrack 

  • Basic Security Standards 

  • Basic System Navigation 

  • Basic ClientTrack Terminology 

  • Data Entry in ClientTrack 

  • Project Entry & Check-in – AEC, EC, C 

  • Check-in History 

  • Edit/Update Family (for Providers serving couples & families) 

  • Editing Basic Client Information

  • Incident Reporting

  • Project Exit
